Known Issues with loading content

If you experience a problem where you receive a message reading 'Please Wait...' but learning content does not display, please reach out to your IT administrator and ask for assistance in whitelisting the domain 'c.h5p.io' on your organisation's firewall. Once this has been done, the content should load correctly.
